Bhagavad Karma

Macro Spirituality & Micro Spirituality

Bhagavad Karma was established as part of the moral mission to ensure spiritual awareness, education, safety, and welfare for the true superheroes like you who have the right knowledge of the micro spirituality and macro spirituality of Bharat.

The terms Macro Spirituality and Micro Spirituality describe two levels of spiritual understanding—personal (micro) and collective (macro). Together they form a holistic path: "Change yourself to help change the world."

Micro Spirituality – "The Inner Journey"

Focus: Individual beliefs, practices, and personal transformation.

Macro Spirituality – "The Outer Impact"

Focus: Collective consciousness, societal structures, and global well-being.

Why Both Matter

Micro spirituality grounds your values and builds inner strength. Macro spirituality applies those values in the world, turning belief into action.

Micro Spirituality – Characteristics

  • Internal and private – self-awareness, meditation, prayer, healing
  • Personal connection to the divine or sacred
  • Concerned with personal morality, peace, and inner growth
  • Found in retreats, journaling, mindfulness, personal religious practice

Examples: Daily meditation for peace, reflecting on life purpose, practising gratitude.

Macro Spirituality – Characteristics

  • External and systemic – spiritual values shaping societies & institutions
  • Engages with justice, peace, sustainability, communal transformation
  • Often tied to social justice, ecological movements, interfaith work
  • Applied on national and global scales

Examples: Environmental protection as spiritual duty, fighting injustice, interfaith peacebuilding.

Runathrayam

The Threefold Indebtedness

Every BHARATEEYA should be aware of our inborn indebtedness towards our Parental Ancestors (Pitru), Cultural Ancestors (Ṛṣis), and Divine Cosmic Energies (Deva). These three, as discerned by the Rishis, are called Runathrayam.
